From a customer call to a completed service visit

Solea provides an operating system for pest control companies with field crews and office staff. Customer accounts, properties and service history share a record with the schedule and billing. Its voice agent can answer routine calls and book appointments directly, while routing places work around drive time, technician skills and customer time windows. Invoices and reminders then follow the service record, reducing manual handoffs between the phone, dispatch board and accounts receivable.

Dispatchers can review the proposed schedule, lock important appointments and rerun the remaining routes. Technicians use a mobile app for visit notes, inspections, chemical records, signatures and payments, so the office receives the work recorded at each stop. Solea publishes customer accounts from Pest Tech Hawaii, which moved from ServSuite, and Able Pest Management, which moved from FieldRoutes. These show the software in use by operating pest control businesses.
