A host for calls and reservations

Slang’s Superhost answers incoming calls, books reservations and resolves common questions. It can recognize returning guests and route calls that need staff attention. The company reported deployment across more than 2,000 locations and over 25 million guest interactions.

Extending beyond the phone

The financing consists of $28 million in equity and $8 million in debt. It supports engineering and product development, commercial expansion and partner integrations. Planned capabilities extend beyond voice to guest recommendations, follow-up communications and review workflows.
