SkinScanner.gg closes £300,000 pre-seed round

Games industry veteran Graeme Ankers joins as strategic lead investor.

Craig Osborne, Jennifer Houghton and the Baltic Ventures Angel Syndicate also participated. The round follows earlier accelerator and angel investments, taking the company’s cumulative backing above £350,000.

Ankers first worked with the founders as a mentor through Baltic Ventures. His move onto the investor roster brings experience from building Liverpool studio Firesprite as SkinScanner grows its marketplace relationships and player audience.
