Sirona Medical raises $40m Series D for cloud radiology

Avidity Partners led the financing alongside new and existing investors.

Sirona Medical announced $40 million in Series D funding on October 15. Named participants included 8VC, GreatPoint Ventures, KLT and Rose Park Advisors alongside lead investor Avidity Partners.

The company plans to expand implementation and support, commercialize its Cortex AI orchestration layer and launch an international program before the end of 2026. RadOS combines imaging and reporting workflows on shared cloud infrastructure.
