Siena raises $17m Series A for consumer-brand AI agents
York IE leads financing for shared customer context and autonomous agents.
Siena announced a $17 million Series A on October 6, led by York IE. Joyance Ventures joined existing investors Aglaé Ventures, Sierra Ventures and Super Angel Fund.
The company will build more autonomous agents and expand the shared infrastructure behind its Agent of Record platform. Siena brings customer conversations together with orders, subscriptions and other brand data so agents can carry context across support and shopping interactions.
