Sharp Performance raises $18 million Series A
Hidden Variable led the round to expand confidential coaching for first responders.
Sharp Performance announced an $18 million Series A on October 8, 2026, led by Hidden Variable. Andreessen Horowitz, Commonweal Ventures, Wolfson Group, FJ Labs and the Ford Foundation participated. The round brought total funding to $30 million.
The company will expand into more departments and states and develop its coaching platform and mobile application. Its service connects police officers, firefighters and paramedics with coaches outside their departments who understand the demands of their work.
