Scan.com raises $220 million in combined Series C and debt financing
The medical-imaging platform connects payers and digital health services to imaging providers through a national API for finding capacity, booking scans and returning results.
One financing package, two components
Announced on 31 August, the $220 million package includes a $90 million Series C equity round led by Noteus Partners and $130 million of debt facilities provided by VerisFi Capital and Atempo Growth. The equity and credit components remain distinct within the combined financing.
A connected network for imaging care
Scan.com links health plans, employers, digital health apps and other referral partners with imaging centers through a single API. The platform checks live availability, price and subspecialty, coordinates scheduling and paperwork, and routes results to specialist radiologists; the company says results are typically returned within 48 hours. More than 900,000 patients have used its network.
