Connecting conversations to actions
The Bengaluru startup is building infrastructure for enterprise voice agents that work across customer support, sales and operations. Its platform links conversations to business systems so agents can complete tasks such as booking appointments or handling service requests.
The funding supports product development, more reliable deployment and improvements to the infrastructure behind those agents. Ringg’s approach combines conversation handling with tools for monitoring and auditing workflow outcomes.
Use of funds
Develop enterprise voice-agent infrastructure, product capabilities and deployment options.
