Richualist confirms $150,000 investment from Mark Cuban and Emma Grede
The finalized Shark Tank deal combines 15% equity with an additional 5% in advisory shares.
Richualist founder Dawn Myers confirmed in May 2024 that the investment agreed with Mark Cuban and Emma Grede on Shark Tank had been finalized. The pair invested $150,000 for 15% equity, with a further 5% in advisory shares.
The televised agreement aired on April 5. In her subsequent interview with Beauty Independent, Myers said the investors were helping with supply-chain and growth-marketing work, with retail expertise also part of their appeal.
Richualist’s earlier financing included $1 million raised in 2022 and a separate $150,000 from competitions, accelerators and incubators. The Shark Tank investment is a distinct deal supporting the company behind textured-hair styling tool The Mint.
