Relai receives $2.5m investment as it expands its Bitcoin app

A self-custodial app for buying and selling Bitcoin

Relai offers a mobile app for retail users in Switzerland and the European Union to buy and sell Bitcoin through a self-custodial wallet. The company says its platform has more than 100,000 users and over 620,000 downloads.

The $2.5 million funding round includes an investment from Fabio Marchesin, who will also advise the company on marketing and positioning in Switzerland and Europe. Relai plans to use the investment to strengthen its app and add features.
