BGF invests €13m in Oracle services provider Redfaire
The minority investment follows Redfaire’s acquisition of eKal Solutions.
BGF has invested €13 million for a minority stake in Redfaire, the Limerick provider of Oracle consulting and managed services.
Redfaire has more than 200 employees and serves customers across Ireland, the UK, Europe and North America. Its recent acquisition of eKal Solutions expanded its Oracle Fusion capabilities. Glenn Timms joins as non-executive chair through BGF’s network as the company prepares its next phase of growth.
Use of funds
Expand internationally.
Develop additional enterprise software services.
Pursue selective acquisitions.
