Rebill announces $5.4m pre-Series A for Americas expansion
The payments infrastructure company plans to expand across the Americas and develop treasury and embedded-payment services.
Rebill has raised $5.4 million in a pre-Series A round involving Vercel founder Guillermo Rauch and executives from SpaceX investing personally. The financing closed in September and was reported publicly by El Cronista on 19 October 2026.
The round brings the company’s total funding since its 2020 founding to more than $9 million. It plans to deepen its presence in its six operating markets, expand further in the United States and develop Rebill Treasury and Rebill Platforms.
Chief executive Nahuel Candia said the business aims to serve both Latin American companies expanding abroad and international businesses operating in the region. Its payment infrastructure lets merchants accept local payment methods without building their own financial setup in every country.
