Reapit receives more than £20M from Accel-KKR for platform and AI development
The growth investment backs further product development at a property-agency platform used across sales, lettings and property management.
One system across agency workflows
Reapit's platform connects customer relationships with the daily work of estate and lettings agencies, from progressing sales and rental transactions to managing properties and client accounts. That breadth lets agencies coordinate workflows serving buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords in one system.
Accel-KKR's investment of more than £20 million is intended to support development across the platform, consumer technology and AI. Reapit reports that its software serves 92,000 agents across 18,000 branches, giving the product work a large existing agency base to reach.
