Qambria raises CHF 2 million pre-seed for quantum-control software
Its classical layer is designed to run quantum processors as accelerators inside standard HPC nodes.
Control software for hybrid workloads
Quantum processors rely on classical systems to prepare inputs, schedule tasks and manage results. Qambria is building the software layer at that boundary, with the goal of making a quantum processing unit operate like an accelerator within an ordinary HPC node.
Rather than manufacture quantum hardware, the company plans to license its control technology. Its engineering work spans the runtime and integration tools needed to coordinate hybrid workloads across quantum and classical systems.
