Booking everyday help through one app

Customers select tasks such as sweeping, utensil washing, kitchen cleaning or laundry and choose an immediate visit, a later slot or a recurring booking. Pronto organizes the professional network, including training and background checks, rather than leaving households to arrange informal referrals.

One Series B, closed in two steps

The initial $25 million Series B was announced in March and led by Epiq Capital, with Glade Brook Capital, General Catalyst and Bain Capital Ventures participating. A further $20 million from Lachy Groom brought the same round to $45 million in May. The capital supports recruitment, training and greater service density in existing markets.
