Popo Global raises ₹532 crore from Artal Asia

Investment behind the restaurant rollout
Artal Asia invested ₹532 crore in Popo Global, reported as approximately $56 million. Detailed transaction terms were not disclosed.
The financing will support expansion of The Pizza Bakery, Paris Panini and Smash Guys across India. Popo operates its restaurants directly and reports approximately ₹175 crore in FY25 revenue, with the investment funding the next phase of that operating model.
