Plend secures £20 million revolving credit facility from Triple Point

An additional £30 million uncommitted accordion could expand the consumer lender’s facility to £50 million.

Committed capital for refinancing and new loans

Triple Point announced a £20 million senior revolving credit facility for Plend on July 28, 2026. The agreement includes a potential £30 million uncommitted accordion, which could increase total capacity to £50 million.

Plend will use the facility to refinance its existing funding line and finance new consumer-loan originations. The initial committed amount is £20 million; the additional capacity depends on the accordion being activated.

Assessing what borrowers can afford

Founded in 2020, the London-based lender uses open banking data and its own credit technology to assess affordability. It targets borrowers underserved by mainstream lenders, including customers consolidating more expensive debts into a structured repayment plan.
