Palona AI: Series A
AI agents for restaurants that capture orders and surface operational opportunities.
The business
Palona’s AI agents answer restaurant phone calls, take orders and send them directly to point-of-sale systems, helping teams capture demand that might otherwise go unanswered. The platform also analyzes conversations and camera feeds to surface operational issues and revenue opportunities across restaurant locations. Its tools are in use at California’s Cali BBQ and in a multi-brand production study.
