H.I.G. Capital backs Outcomes One’s pharmacy-care network
The investment supports a clinical and technology platform reaching most U.S. pharmacies and connecting them with health plans and drug makers.
Pharmacy workflows linked to clinical care
Outcomes One connects pharmacies, health plans and drug manufacturers through pharmacist-led clinical programs and pharmacy software. Its tools help identify medication-care gaps and route interventions, while also supporting prescription, dispensing, billing and inventory workflows.
H.I.G. Capital has invested in the company; the amount was not disclosed. Outcomes One says its network reaches about 85% of U.S. pharmacies and facilitated more than 10 million interventions across 130 million covered lives in 2025. The investment backs a platform that brings medication care into the pharmacy workflows patients already use.
