Otter.ai secures $320m in non-dilutive growth financing

General Catalyst’s Customer Value Fund backs enterprise expansion and product development.

Otter.ai has closed $320 million in growth financing from General Catalyst’s Customer Value Fund. The financing supports enterprise growth, international expansion, go-to-market activity and product innovation.

The funding is non-dilutive, with the fund’s returns tied to the results of the growth spending it finances. Otter did not announce a new equity valuation.

Otter is developing its meeting transcription and conversation knowledge platform into a broader enterprise workflow tool. Its software captures conversations, makes them searchable and connects meeting information to action items and other tools.

The Mountain View company said the capital will help it build more advanced agentic workflows for enterprise teams.
