Onomondo signs majority-investment agreement with Aspirity Partners
Its connectivity platform gives connected-device fleets one way to manage SIMs, networks and remote eSIM profiles across markets.
One control layer for connected devices
Businesses use Onomondo to connect devices to cellular networks across countries and manage the fleet from software. Teams can view SIM usage and connection diagnostics, then remotely add, enable, disable or remove eSIM profiles without replacing a physical SIM.
That setup serves deployments such as asset trackers, meters and vehicle systems, where operating connectivity market by market would add coordination as the fleet grows.
Agreement pairs majority investment with EIFO follow-on
On September 30, Onomondo announced a signed agreement for Aspirity Partners to acquire a majority stake; existing investor EIFO is also increasing its investment. The announcement describes the combined transaction as more than €100 million, without separating the stake purchase from new capital.
Onomondo says the investment will support international expansion, infrastructure deployment and continued development of its global IoT technology.
