Netsec raises more than $10m for managed IT and cybersecurity
Partech leads the equity financing, joined by Primo Capital and View Different.
Netsec announced more than $10 million in equity funding on October 6. Partech led the round, with Primo Capital and View Different participating.
The company will use the funding to develop its automation and integration layer, expand operations and grow across Europe and the United States.
Netsec operates IT and cybersecurity for mid-market companies through one managed service. Its model combines automation with human operators and delivers requests and incident handling through Slack and Teams, charging per employee.
Founded in 2025 by Gianluca Varisco and Guglielmo Reina, the business operates as Barbican SAS and has headquarters in France and Italy. The financing supports its effort to coordinate the IT and security tasks that otherwise sit across separate vendors.
