N.D.Promotion issues new shares to ASOBISYSTEM

The investment establishes joint operation with the talent agency’s existing ContentAge group owner.

ASOBISYSTEM’s Yusuke Nakagawa joins N.D.Promotion as an outside director. The arrangement extends a March alliance between ASOBISYSTEM and ContentAge into talent management.

The partners will share talent-development experience and media networks and jointly operate the Harajuku studio. N.D.Promotion remains a subsidiary of NDP Entertainment Holdings within ContentAge and becomes an equity-method affiliate of ASOBISYSTEM.
