NALA secures credit facility of up to $50 million for global payments
An initial $25 million facility through Mars Growth Capital supports pre-funding and expansion.
NALA has secured credit financing announced at up to $50 million from Liquidity through Mars Growth Capital, the joint venture with MUFG Bank. The package starts with a $25 million facility and includes an option to scale.
The debt will provide working capital for larger customer accounts, additional payment corridors and enterprise contracts. Cross-border payment providers often need to pre-fund local accounts before incoming payments settle; access to credit helps NALA support that flow as transaction volumes grow.
The financing is separate from NALA’s $40 million equity round in 2024. Liquidity says the company still held more than half of that equity capital when the facility was announced.
