Mintoak secures INR80 crore in acquisition debt from BlackSoil
The facility finances part of the purchase of loyalty technology company ICC Loyalty.
Mintoak has secured INR80 crore in acquisition financing from BlackSoil. The facility funds the debt component of its purchase of Dubai-based ICC Loyalty, according to the August 6 announcement.
The combination adds loyalty and customer engagement technology to Mintoak's merchant payments platform for banks. Following the acquisition, the companies said their combined business served more than 50 banks across over 20 countries.
The INR80 crore is a financing facility for the acquisition. It is separate from the combined platform's payment volumes and revenue, and the announcement does not identify it as the total acquisition price.
