Mika Games raises $10m led by Flint Capital
The gaming investment company will fund studio development and paid marketing tests.
Mika Games announced $10 million in new funding on 21 October. Flint Capital led the round, joined by unnamed new and existing investors.
The company backs mobile game studios as they move from soft launch to larger marketing campaigns. It combines support for teams and product development with capital for paid user acquisition tests.
Those tests help studios demonstrate retention, monetisation and payback before seeking further financing. Founded by Nick Katselapov, Mika Games now backs five studios across several game genres.
