MemeBitcoin raises $8m for Bitcoin-themed community project
Gemhead Capital, Archer Capital, M2M Capital and Mayer Venture backed the Singapore project, which ties online challenges and content sharing to token participation.
Participation as the product
MemeBitcoin organizes its community around Bitcoin-themed missions, interactive challenges and shared content. It records users’ contributions and describes a token distribution model based on participation, using BNB Smart Chain.
The project reported 23,700 registered users at the time of the announcement. Its offering combines online entertainment and community activity, with tokens serving as an incentive to take part.
