MatAlytics wins £619,000 Innovate UK grant
The award funds industrial validation of its CITRUS software in steel manufacturing.
The project targets the reheating of steel slabs, where better control of furnace time and temperature can reduce fuel use and improve consistency. The grant supports work to move the technology from proof of concept toward deployment.
MatAlytics also plans technical and commercial recruitment as it works with UK industrial partners. The new award follows a separate £100,000 Innovate UK grant.
