MakeO raises ₹90 crore led by Singularity AMC
The Toothsi parent secures fresh funding with DSP Family Office, Genesis and Unispace Ventures participating.
MakeO, the parent of dental brand Toothsi, has raised ₹90 crore in a round led by Singularity AMC. DSP Family Office, Genesis Alternative Ventures and Unispace Ventures also participated. Transaction counsel Touchstone Partners confirmed the primary investment round.
The financing follows MakeO’s acquisition of Singapore-based Zenyum earlier this year. The group combines its Mumbai aligner manufacturing operation with clinical centres and partner dentists, giving it a route to patients across India and Southeast Asia. Its consumer offering also includes skin and hair treatments.
Use of funds
Expand clinical centres and distribution in India and Southeast Asia.
