Mainstay raises more than $18m for residential property operations
The San Francisco company is building a shared property record and automation layer for work that spans residential ownership and asset management.
From property data to operational work
Mainstay connects listing, county, tax, permit, utility, homeowners-association and neighborhood information in a record for each home. Its agentic platform links that information to execution across the residential asset lifecycle, including transactions, property-tax administration, HOA management and payments.
The system is intended to reduce the manual work created when property information sits across separate records and service providers. Owners and real estate operators can use the connected view to coordinate decisions and recurring tasks around an asset.
