Manufacturing without dedicated tooling

Machina’s RoboCraftsman system shapes metal using robotic arms and software-controlled forming. Manufacturers can change the geometry through a digital design rather than build dedicated dies for each part. The system supports structural components for defense, aerospace and advanced mobility.

Building a larger production site

The financing supports a 200,000-square-foot facility designed to accommodate up to 50 robotic production cells. It will combine forming, welding and assembly and produce thousands of structural assemblies a year. The site is intended to move the company beyond prototyping into larger-scale production.
