Mach Industries raises $600m in Series C continuation
The financing values the defense manufacturer at $3.7bn and backs development of autonomous systems and manufacturing capacity.
Building integrated defense systems
Mach Industries develops unmanned aircraft and related defense hardware for the U.S. military and allied customers. Its vertically integrated work spans airframes, jet engines, solid rocket motors, energetic systems, autonomy and manufacturing for booster, sustainer and aircraft platforms.
This $600 million continuation of the company’s Series C is separate from its earlier June financing. The company says it will use the proceeds to advance long-range-strike and counter-drone platforms and expand manufacturing infrastructure.
