Locus Robotics raises $41.6m Series G to expand warehouse automation
The funding will grow manufacturing and supply-chain capacity while advancing fleet orchestration and commercial expansion in Europe and Asia.
Robots and people working across warehouse tasks
Locus Robotics combines autonomous mobile robots with LocusONE software to coordinate work in warehouses and distribution centres. The platform connects to warehouse-management systems, routes picking and replenishment tasks, and balances work across robot fleets and human associates.
The $41.6 million Series G will support global supply-chain and manufacturing expansion, multi-robot orchestration software and go-to-market efforts in Europe and Asia. Locus sells the system through Robotics-as-a-Service, allowing operators to add coordinated automation to existing fulfillment operations.
