Lenz raises €1.5m pre-seed for AI claim verification
BrightCap Ventures and LAUNCHub Ventures backed the Sofia startup, which checks factual claims in AI-generated content.
Lenz has raised €1.5 million in pre-seed funding from BrightCap Ventures and LAUNCHub Ventures. The financing was reported in September; legal adviser DGKV subsequently confirmed its work on the round.
The Sofia-based company develops a verification layer for AI-generated content. Its software examines factual claims against evidence and uses multiple models to review the results, giving teams a record of the checks behind generated reports and recommendations.
Lenz plans to expand the product, scale operations and bring its verification tools to more teams deploying AI in production. The company provides API access for integration into existing workflows.
