Legora raises $550 million Series E at $8.8 billion valuation
Atreides Management led the round for the legal AI software company.
New investors include Baron Capital, Capital Group, Fidelity Management & Research Company, Glade Brook Capital Partners and J.P. Morgan, alongside returning shareholders.
Legora says in-house legal departments accounted for more than 40% of new customers in the third quarter. The company is extending its aOS platform as legal teams adopt agents for multi-step work.
