kikitori raises ¥300 million in Series A
The agricultural logistics platform is digitizing produce handoffs between growers, markets and wholesale buyers.
Replacing phone and fax with shared shipment data
kikitori's nimaru platform lets growers share expected shipments and quantities while distributors manage inbound and outbound produce across partner organizations. It replaces phone, fax and paper handoffs with a cloud workflow and has recorded about 250,000 trading transactions. The company is extending the system toward pooled delivery, trade matching and settlement for the agricultural supply chain.
