Kastle raises $24m Series A for AI workforce in financial services
Insight Partners led the round to expand Kastle’s agents for high-volume financial operations.
Specialized agents for loan operations
Kastle deploys AI agents for consumer-lending workflows such as origination, servicing and collections. The agents handle routine borrower interactions and back-office tasks within financial institutions’ existing systems and approved processes, allowing operations teams to add capacity without replacing core infrastructure.
Kastle says its software is in production at 10 of the 25 largest U.S. loan servicers and has processed more than $1.8 billion in transactions. The Series A will support the platform and company growth.
