JustSolve’s AI agents manage early-stage credit collection across email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp and traditional mail. They adapt outreach, negotiate payment plans and monitor accounts, with cases escalated when needed; clients can follow conversations and recoveries from a central dashboard.
The €3.7 million pre-seed package combines €3 million of equity, led by Base10 Partners, with €700,000 in grants. The company plans to use the funding for commercial expansion, model validation, product integrations and team growth as it develops the service for business creditors.
