Buer Capital backs Jinlimen through investment vehicle

BUER CAPITAL STAR joins the snack retailer as a 3.5% shareholder following a capital increase.

Jinlimen added BUER CAPITAL STAR PTE. LTD., an investment vehicle associated with Buer Capital, in an equity financing publicly disclosed on October 9, 2026. The new investor holds 3.5% of Hunan Explorer Brand Management, a Jinlimen operating company. The investment price was not disclosed.

The transaction follows September's investment by KK Group's operating company and founder Wu Yuening. Jinlimen has been expanding its directly operated fresh-snack stores beyond Hunan, including a Shanghai opening on October 15.
