iwoca secures €185m credit line for German business lending
ABN AMRO and Neuberger Berman provide additional refinancing capacity for loans to small and medium-sized companies.
iwoca announced an additional €185 million credit line for its German lending business in October 2026. ABN AMRO provides the senior financing, while Neuberger Berman supplies the mezzanine tranche.
The facility adds lending capacity rather than equity capital. It brings iwoca’s total German refinancing lines above €560 million and supports loans for stock purchases, investment and short-term cash-flow needs.
At the announcement, the company reported almost 13,000 active German loan customers and a loan book approaching €400 million, following growth over the preceding year.
