Blackbird led the financing for contract intelligence used by corporate legal teams.

Ivo announced a $55 million Series B on January 20, 2026, led by Blackbird. Costanoa Ventures, Uncork Capital, Fika Ventures, GD1 and Icehouse Ventures participated.

The company plans to deepen its platform, expand enterprise capabilities and grow internationally. Its software links contract review in Microsoft Word with a searchable repository of earlier agreements.
