IPercept raises $16.5 million in Series A
The industrial AI company’s sensor measures the condition of CNC machine components without connecting to a machine controller.
Monitoring machine health across brands
IPercept installs a device on the moving side of a CNC machine to measure its mechanical behavior, then tracks component-level trends for parts such as bearings, ballscrews and spindles. The system is designed to work across machine brands and ages without controller access or an IT integration project. Maintenance and production teams can use the condition data to spot developing faults and plan service around observed machine state.
