Intentia secures ¥10m loan as it launches two AI agents
The Japan Finance Corporation loan accompanies the release of AI tools for sales preparation and order processing.
AI support inside existing sales and order systems
Intentia’s sales agent organizes purchase histories and meeting notes by customer to help representatives prepare visits and follow up with relevant product suggestions. Its order agent reads orders arriving by fax, PDF, email or spreadsheet, checks them against product and trading data, and can support inventory checks and supplier orders before a delivery-date response is sent. Staff review and approve each action before it is recorded in the customer’s existing systems.
