HyperGuest raises $25 million Series B led by AMI Opportunities

Apax’s mid-market Israel arm backs infrastructure connecting hotels directly with travel businesses and AI agents.

HyperGuest raised $25 million in a Series B financing led by AMI Opportunities, the Apax investment arm. The deal was reported on 29 September 2026 and subsequently confirmed by EBN, legal counsel to both sides.

The investment arrives as AI interfaces change how travellers discover accommodation. HyperGuest’s role is to supply the structured hotel information and commercial connections that travel sellers and agents need to turn a recommendation into a booking.

CEO Nir Yaron described the challenge as both technical and operational: businesses need inventory, direct contracts and a way to complete payments. The company intends to expand internationally as it develops that infrastructure.
