Hunar.AI raises INR393 million Series A for frontline workforce AI

Blume Ventures leads the equity financing as Hunar.AI expands its voice-based HR operations.

Hunar.AI has raised INR393 million in a Series A led by Blume Ventures, according to regulatory filings reported by Entrackr on October 19. Seedstars, Hyderabad Angels Fund, AVNM Ventures and PhysicsWallah co-founders Alakh Pandey and Prateek Maheshwari, also known as Prateek Boob, participated.

The financing uses compulsorily convertible preference shares. Blume contributed INR290 million, while the company plans to deploy proceeds toward working capital, capital expenditure, operations and business expansion.

Hunar.AI’s multilingual voice agents handle hiring, onboarding, training and engagement for frontline employees. The company combines these conversations with workflow tools for employers managing staff across locations. The new capital follows an earlier, separate pre-Series A backed by Together Fund.
