HR Duo secures €1.6m to expand its UK sales team
Puma Growth Partners leads the round, with Enterprise Ireland and returning seed investors.
HR Duo completed a €1.6 million funding round announced on June 24, led by Puma Growth Partners with backing from Enterprise Ireland. The company’s original seed investors also returned.
The Irish software business will use the capital to expand its UK sales team and strengthen its SaaS infrastructure. Its platform serves employers managing shift-based and frontline workforces, combining scheduling, time records, employment relations and compliance.
The investment builds on an existing operation in Birmingham. Enterprise Ireland said the company was attracting larger customers with more complex workforce needs, giving the UK expansion a focus on businesses that need to coordinate people without a large dedicated HR team.
