Hope Care raises €6m Series A to expand remote patient monitoring
The Portuguese healthtech will extend its clinical monitoring platform into Germany and Romania, building on deployments across Portugal and France.
Clinical follow-up beyond the hospital
Hope Care’s OpMA platform brings readings from medical devices and other digital systems into remote-monitoring programmes configured by healthcare providers. Patients share measurements and communicate with their care teams, while clinicians use a dashboard to review status, receive alerts and decide when a follow-up or intervention is needed.
The €6 million Series A will support European expansion, including operations in Germany and Romania, and additional remote-patient-monitoring deployments. Hope Care already operates in Portugal and France and has projects in Switzerland; the financing supports taking its integrated clinical workflow into more health systems.
