The backing connects a major business-software provider with Bob, HiBob’s platform for employee records and workforce operations.
Workforce context across business systems
Bob brings employee records together with workflows such as onboarding, time off, approvals and performance management. Employees and managers use self-service tools while HR teams maintain the underlying people data and connect it to payroll and other business systems.
HiBob says its platform serves more than 5,500 customers. The company’s broader proposition is that information about roles, skills, teams and reporting relationships can give business applications and AI agents the organizational context they need to act on workforce data.
