The infrastructure behind an automated call

A voice agent depends on more than its speech model. Calls need carrier connectivity, routing, media delivery and AI processing to work together in real time. The no-code platform combines those layers so a business can build phone workflows without assembling separate telecom and AI services.

Moving into enterprise deployments

At the announcement, the company had begun paid proofs of concept designed for thousands of daily calls. Partnerships with AI and contact-centre providers were intended to bring the system into North American and GCC operations. The company was still accepting beta registrations.
