Copilot Capital takes majority stake in Green Eagle Solutions
The investment will help the Spanish software company expand internationally and build on an automation suite already managing 90 GW of renewable assets.

Green Eagle Solutions’ ARSOS suite brings renewable-asset operations into one system that detects issues, determines a response and can execute actions across a fleet. It automates repeatable work such as fault handling, curtailments and dispatch, so control-room teams can focus on exceptions rather than manually responding to every operating condition.
Copilot Capital’s undisclosed majority investment will support expansion into North America, particularly the United States, and further investment in data and AI. Green Eagle says ARSOS manages 90 GW across wind, solar, battery and hydro assets, covering more than 10,000 wind turbines and executing over one million automated actions each month.
